• 3.We provide a credit note only. No refund strictly. Credit note will be provided through Mail, SMS or any other way of communication to the user with a validity of 365 Days. Whatever the amount of credit note is completely interest free.
• 4.Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a exchange would not be provided.

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS AND DESPATCH

• You’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address: PAVEO WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE ARROW TEXTILE , SR.NO 1338/1 4210, PANKAJJ COMPLEX, PRIYANKA NAGARI, WAGHOLI, PUNE -412207, MAHARASHTRA. whatever the charge of courier shall be paid by you only.
• Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), you will receive the Credit note.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

• The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
• In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us phone no.: +91 992266710 with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
• Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a credit note (if any) via e-mail or SMS within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the credit note as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to credit note.
